Neurotic Outsiders themselves were basically a rock-and-roll side project that shouldn’t have worked on paper but absolutely did on attitude alone. Formed in the mid-1990s, the band brought together John Taylor alongside Steve Jones, Matt Sorum, and Duff McKagan. In other words: a supergroup built from people who had all, at various points, been professionally involved in chaos.
