Duran Duran at Papp Arena, Budapest, Hungary

When Duran Duran return to Papp László Budapest Sportaréna on June 28, 2026, it won’t be their first time lighting up one of Central Europe’s most vibrant music cities. In fact, the band has a quiet history with Budapest that stretches back decades.
They first played the city on December 6, 1988, during the Big Thing tour at the old Budapest Sportcsarnok. Years later, they returned to the same arena complex—this time the modern Papp László Budapest Sportaréna—on June 28, 2012, as part of the All You Need Is Now world tour.
Now, more than a decade after that last Budapest appearance, Duran Duran are set to step onto the arena stage again for a highly anticipated 2026 show, bringing their ever-evolving live production and a catalog of songs that have soundtracked generations.
