Arriving at the concert
If your ticket says A or C, enter via door A. If your ticket says B or D, use door B to enter: this way, you will already be on the right side of the arena when you step inside. The main entrance is located at the corner of Sorinkatu and Sorinsilta, behind the tall high-rise buildings. A security check will be conducted either before the ticket inspection or outdoors, depending on the event. Check your ticket to see if you are in the stalls or the stands and follow the signs in the arena. Stand tickets are inspected at the bottom of the stairs leading to the main stand floor. Stalls tickets are inspected in front of the doors leading to the stalls. Ticket inspection is self-service, and you can scan either a mobile or a printed ticket.
